Identifikasi Tingkat Depresi, Kecemasan dan Stress pada Perawat RS Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Menggunakan Instrumen DASS-42

Abstract


Perawat di rumah sakit seringkali mengalami beban kerja yang tinggi, mereka bertanggung jawab langsung terhadap pasien, harus mematuhi protokol medis yang ketat, dan sering kali bekerja dalam kondisi yang membutuhkan fokus dan ketelitian tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat Depresi, Kecemasan dan Stress yang dialami oleh perawat di Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Kota Banda Aceh.  Desain penelitian cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini, penentuan jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan teknik total sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen DASS-42. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat depresi yang dialami oleh perawat mayoritas pada kategori normal sebanyak 125 responden, selanjutnya pada tingkat stress ringan sebanyak 2 responden dan sedang juga 2 responden. Tingkat Kecemasan menunjukkan hasil serupa dimana mayoritas responden menunjukkan tingkat Kecemasan normal sebanyak 119 responden, ringan 3 responden dan sedang 6 responden serta terdapat 1 orang responden dengan tingkat kecemasan yang parah.. Selanjutnya tingkat stress menunjukkan hasil 122 responden Normal, 6 responden ringan dan 1 responden.  Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tingkat Depresi, kecemasan dan Stress yang dialami oleh perawat RS-PUR secara keseluruhan berada pada tingkat kategori normal, sehingga dengan hasil ini diketahui bahwa tidak ada masalah kesehatan mental yang serius yang dialami oleh perawat pada RS-PUR
